At Marvelous Nutrition, customer satisfaction and product safety are very important to us. Due to the nature of nutritional and health supplements, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been delivered.
This policy is in place because our products are consumable items, and for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, returned supplements cannot be resold.
Exceptions – When Returns or Refunds May Be Accepted
We may accept a return or provide a refund only in the following situations:
- You received a damaged product
- You received an incorrect product
- The product was expired at the time of delivery
In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Conditions for Approval
To be eligible for a return or refund under the exceptions above:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- Original packaging must be intact
- Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof
Once approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Opened or used products
- Delivery delays caused by courier or incorrect address provided by the customer
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
